Email body injection via unescaped username

HTML injection in Vaultwarden before 1.32.5 allows remote attackers to replace an emergency-access invitation's email body. The emergency-access mail template inserts a changed username without escaping it, so a body separator in that value starts attacker-controlled HTML. The affected workflow must send an emergency-access invitation, and the recipient must render the resulting message.
