User enumeration via password-recovery response discrepancies

Observable response discrepancy in Celk Sistemas Celk Saude 3.1.252.1 allows remote attackers to enumerate valid user accounts. The password recovery endpoint returns an unregistered-user error for nonexistent names but a success response for registered names. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the result discloses valid usernames that support targeted access or brute-force attempts.
