Browser script execution via unescaped request URI

Reflected XSS in phpIPAM 1.7.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a browser through a crafted install URL. The install/index.php and upgrade/index.php scripts print a REQUEST_URI-derived base path into HTML without applying escape_input. The relevant script must be web-accessible, and injected script executes in the requesting browser under the phpIPAM origin.
