Unauthenticated code execution via sendlicense command injection

Command injection in EasyVirt DCScope 8.6.0 and earlier and CO2Scope 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The sendlicense endpoint passes a JSON array value containing unneutralized quote and semicolon metacharacters to a shell command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated payload launches a reverse shell with the service's privileges.
