Client-side markup injection via unsanitized full name

Stored HTML injection in PHPGurukul Online Birth Certificate System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject persistent client-side markup. The certificate-form.php submission flow stores the Full Name field without neutralizing HTML, causing supplied markup to render when the record is viewed. Submission requires an authenticated account and later viewing supplies the necessary user interaction; server-side execution is not demonstrated.
