Unauthenticated code execution via unrestricted avatar upload
Published Dec 9, 2024 · Updated Dec 12, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in Kashipara E-learning Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through teacher_avatar.php. The public disclosure identifies teacher_avatar.php as the upload locus but does not publish the server-side validation logic that permits dangerous files. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a successful upload runs attacker-supplied code in the web server context.
