Stack-based buffer overflow in NETGEAR WNR854T firmware 1.5.2 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted UPnP request. The advertise_res function copies an oversized M-SEARCH Host header into a fixed-size stack buffer with unbounded strcpy, overwriting saved return state. The unauthenticated UPnP service is exposed on the WAN; successful control-flow hijacking invokes system() with an attacker-controlled command.
