Unauthenticated device settings disclosure via CGI endpoint

Access control failure in ipTIME A2004 12.17.0 allows remote attackers to disclose device settings through /login/hostinfo2.cgi. The CGI endpoint returns device settings and version details in response to a direct HTTP request without first requiring an authenticated session. Network reachability to the management web interface is sufficient to obtain the exposed information.
