Stored XSS in Responsive video embed before 0.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcode attributes. The rve shortcode returns its src attribute to a post or preview without validating the value or escaping it for HTML output. Contributor-level access is required, and the stored script executes in the browser of any user who views or previews the injected post.
