Root access via hardcoded shadow password

Hardcoded credentials in Wavlink WN531P3 Firmware 202383 allow remote attackers to log in to the router as root. The firmware embeds the root account's password data in /etc/shadow instead of assigning a device-specific secret. Network reachability to a root-login service is required; successful authentication grants complete administrative control over the appliance.
