Unauthenticated site option deletion via unchecked request

Missing authorization in Pearl – Header Builder 1.3.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete site options via crafted requests. The stm_hb_delete() function accepts an attacker-chosen option name and deletes it without validation or a capability check. No authentication is required, and deletion of essential options can interrupt the affected WordPress site.
