Local code execution via named-pipe deserialization

Deserialization in Siemens engineering platforms allows local users to execute code by sending crafted input through a Windows named pipe. The applications accept user-controlled IPC data from a pipe open to all local users and deserialize it without adequate sanitization, causing type confusion. An authenticated local user must reach the pipe and induce an affected application to process the data; resulting code runs with that application's privileges.
