Credential disclosure via unchecked NetAuthAgent MIG requests

Credential disclosure in NetAuth on Ventura before 13.7.1, Sonoma before 14.7.1, and Sequoia before 15.1 allows local users to read saved passwords. NetAuthAgent's com.apple.netauth.user.gui MIG service accepted routine 19 requests from any sender and proxied keychain queries that returned usernames and passwords without checking the sender's entitlement. The attack requires a malicious application in the user's session and accessible keychain items; it exposes file-server credentials and, through a documented chain, iCloud API tokens.
