Local system hang via inverted Bluetooth locks

Improper locking in the Linux kernel Bluetooth ISO subsystem allows local users to hang the system through concurrent socket activity. iso_sock_listen enters iso_listen_bis while holding the ISO socket lock, which can wait for hdev->lock as an HCI receive worker holds hdev->lock and waits for the socket lock. A low-privileged local user must listen on a Bluetooth ISO socket while periodic advertising processing follows the inverse lock order, leaving system availability as the bounded impact.
