Local kernel-memory corruption via unbounded RPC name

Buffer overflow in Linux NFS sysfs code in versions 6.5 through 6.13.3 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through an RPC client link. nfs_sysfs_link_rpc_client() appends clnt->cl_program->name to a fixed 64-byte name buffer with strcat() without bounding the source length. Low-privilege local access is required, and successful triggering can expose or alter data and interrupt the host.
