Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped page input
Published Dec 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in NicheAddons Events Addon for Elementor 2.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. Public records identify insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, but no affected widget, field, or function. Contributor-level access is required, and injected JavaScript executes when another user opens the affected page, exposing that browser session to script-controlled actions.
