CVE-2024-54197Network attack vector

Internal endpoint enumeration via crafted HTTP requests

Published Dec 10, 2024 · Updated Dec 10, 2024

SSRF in SAP NetWeaver Administrator LM-CORE 7.50 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate internal HTTP endpoints. The System Overview function processes specially crafted HTTP requests in a way that makes the server contact reachable internal endpoints; SAP has not published the exact flawed parameter or validation step. Access to the affected function is required, and successful exploitation exposes endpoint-derived data and permits limited interaction with internal resources without interrupting service.
