CVE-2024-54136Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Arbitrary file deletion via deserialized collection parameter

Published Dec 6, 2024 · Updated Dec 6, 2024

PHP object injection in MacWarrior ClipBucket V5 before 5.5.1 Revision 200 allows remote attackers to delete server files. upload/upload.php base64-decodes the collection query parameter and passes the result directly to PHP unserialize(), allowing crafted objects to invoke available gadget chains. Exploitation requires a valid session, but default self-registration supplies one; writable application files can be deleted to interrupt service or enable site takeover.
