Administrator takeover via unauthenticated password reset

Password-recovery weakness in ifm moneo before 1.13.5 allows remote attackers to reset the administrator password. When no mail server is configured, the Forgot Password function resets the administrator password to the new-user default value. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the resulting privileged access exposes the moneo deployment and its managed industrial data.
