Information disclosure in Siemens SIPROTEC 5 devices allows remote attackers to retrieve sensitive device data through SNMPv2 GET requests. The devices improperly accept the default SNMPv2 credentials when processing GET requests instead of requiring device-specific credentials. Exploitation requires network reachability to SNMPv2 and the default credentials; the reported consequence is read-only disclosure.
