Backup disclosure via crafted nginx request

Information disclosure in Discourse stable 3.3.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to download local backups through nginx. A crafted URL makes nginx resolve a known backup filename under FileStore::LocalStore and return the file outside the normal application download path. Exposure requires local backup storage and knowledge of a filename; beta and tests-passed 3.4.0.beta3 and earlier are also affected, with no reported write or service-interruption impact.
