Cross-site scripting via foreign style serialization

Cross-site scripting in rails-html-sanitizer 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to inject script-bearing content through HTML5 sanitization. Rails::HTML5::SafeListSanitizer passes escaped markup inside allowed foreign style elements through affected Nokogiri serialization, so a browser reparses an encoded img onerror payload as executable markup. Exposure requires Rails 7.1.0 or later, affected Nokogiri versions, HTML5 sanitization, and an allowed-tag override containing style with math or svg; execution occurs when another user renders the sanitized output.
