Cleartext credential exposure in ibm.ibm_zhmc before 1.9.3 allows local users to read passwords from module output or logs. The zhmc_partition, zhmc_lpar, zhmc_user, and zhmc_ldap_server_definition modules return or log password-like inputs without blanking or removal. Exposure requires supplied password fields during resource creation or update, while log exposure additionally requires the nondefault log_file parameter.
