Denial of service in NVIDIA vGPU Software 16.8 and 17.4 and earlier allows guest OS users to interrupt the host from a guest VM. The Virtual GPU Manager host driver performs incomplete cleanup that permits a guest to generate an interrupt storm. Control of a guest OS is required, and the documented consequence is host service interruption without reported data disclosure or modification.
