Request smuggling via lenient chunk line parsing

HTTP request smuggling in Apache Traffic Server 9.2.0 through 9.2.9 and 10.0.0 through 10.0.4 allows remote attackers to bypass proxy controls. The chunked-body parser treats a lone LF in a chunk extension as a line terminator rather than rejecting the malformed request. Exploitation requires a downstream server that interprets the same bytes differently; smuggled requests can bypass front-end access controls.
