Code execution via shared metadata cache poisoning

Cache isolation failure in pnpm before 9.15.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code during a later dependency installation. The resolver writes workspace-specific override results into shared npm metadata, and later installs trust that cached metadata without revalidation even when the poisoning install used ignore-scripts. Execution requires a user or automation job to install attacker-controlled dependencies in one workspace and later run an install in another workspace sharing the cache.
