Process crash via unbounded message allocations

Resource exhaustion in rPGP before 0.14.2 allows remote attackers to crash consuming processes with crafted OpenPGP messages. Packet parsing reserves memory without effective aggregate or declared-length limits, while SKESK decryption accepts excessive Argon2 parameters. Exploitation requires a consuming application to parse the message or attempt symmetric decryption; consequences are bounded to hangs, crashes, and host instability.
