Input-validation flaws in rPGP before 0.14.1 allow remote attackers to terminate applications via malformed OpenPGP data. Binary and armored message parsers, decrypt_with_password(), public-key converters, cleartext-signature parsing, and private-key operations let invalid states reach uncaught Rust panics instead of returning errors. Any network-facing application that passes attacker-controlled OpenPGP material to an affected path can halt, while confidentiality and integrity remain unaffected.
