Memory corruption via unchecked glob pattern expansion

Stack-based buffer overflow in EditorConfig Core C before 0.12.7 allows local users to corrupt memory through a crafted input pattern. In src/lib/ec_glob.c, ec_glob expands escaped and nested bracket expressions into a fixed output buffer, but unchecked concatenations and a final dollar-sign write can exceed the remaining capacity. A user or plugin must process the attacker-controlled pattern; the result is a crash or memory corruption inside the consuming process.
