Remote code execution via unchecked IMS message bounds

Out-of-bounds write in Android's cellular baseband allows remote attackers to execute code without privileges or user interaction. The cc_SendCcImsInfoIndMsg function in cc_MmConManagement.c writes beyond a buffer because it fails to check bounds before handling an IMS indication message. Exploitation is network-reachable through the cellular baseband and requires neither prior access nor action by the device user.
