Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Vehicle Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files. /newvehicle.php accepts attacker-controlled data in the file parameter without enforcing a safe file type or rejecting executable content. No authentication or user interaction is required; public records do not identify the destination path or confirm execution of uploaded content.
