Contributor-level script injection via undisclosed DOM handling
Published Nov 30, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
DOM-based cross-site scripting in SoftHopper Softtemplates For Elementor 1.0.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. Patchstack and the CNA record do not identify the affected DOM sink, source, parameter, or unsafe client-side operation that processes attacker-controlled input. Contributor access is required to inject the payload, and successful exploitation requires a more privileged user to open the crafted content, causing script execution in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
