Arbitrary TCP connections via unvalidated address lengths

Server-side request forgery in SonicOS SSH management allows remote authenticated users to open TCP connections to any IP address and port. SSH Management fails to validate the length of user-supplied IP-address and port values before initiating the server-side connection. SSH management must be enabled and reachable, and exploitation requires authentication; the direct effect is connection establishment, while root code execution requires chaining with other flaws.
