Browser script execution via unneutralized class_name input
Published May 26, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Kashipara Group College Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via class_name. The submit_enroll_staff.php handler accepts the class_name field without neutralizing script markup before incorporating it into generated page content. A low-privileged account can supply the payload, and exploitation requires another user to render the affected content; documented impact is limited to browser-side integrity.
