System-wide denial of service via overlong path

Denial of service in the Linux kernel CephFS client allows local users to make most of a machine unusable through an overlong path. ceph_mdsc_build_path repeatedly retries when a constructed full path exceeds PATH_MAX instead of rejecting the excessive length, indefinitely blocking the calling task. Reachability requires an active CephFS client and local access capable of causing path construction; the documented consequence is broad loss of machine usability.
