XXE in HPE Insight Remote Support before 7.14.0.629 allows remote attackers to disclose files through crafted XML documents. The validateAgainstXSD method permits external entity URIs, causing its XML parser to fetch referenced resources and embed their contents in processed documents. No authentication is required, and files are read with SYSTEM privileges, although public evidence does not identify the reachable request path.
