Local privilege escalation via writable DLL path

DLL search-path hijacking in iTop VPN 16.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code when an administrator installs recommended software. The privileged installer runs from the world-writable C:\ProgramData\iTop VPN\Downloader\vpn6 directory and loads an attacker-supplied TextShaping.dll there before the legitimate library. A low-privilege user must plant the DLL and wait for an administrator to initiate an installation; the payload then runs with the installer's privileges.
