Unauthenticated server crash via unchecked JSON types

NULL pointer dereference in ESnet iperf3 3.17.1 allows remote attackers to crash the server via malformed control-connection JSON. iperf_exchange_parameters reads fields without validating their expected cJSON types and passes a null valuestring to strdup. An unauthenticated network connection to a listening iperf3 server is sufficient, and exploitation terminates that server process.
