Stored XSS in Volmarg Personal Management System 1.4.65 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts via Image Upload tags. The Tags field accepts unrestricted input, stores it, and renders it on the Main Folder page without output encoding or sanitization. Authentication and a victim viewing the affected page are required, after which the payload executes in the victim's browser context.
