Authenticated code execution via iPerf3 command injection

Command injection in Arcadyan Meteor 2 CPE FG360 firmware ETV2.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands via a crafted request. The tool_iperf3.cgi endpoint passes the cmd parameter into the device's iPerf3 command path without neutralizing shell metacharacters, so a semicolon introduces additional commands. Access to the authenticated network utility is required; successful exploitation can reboot the device or create a reverse shell for remote control.
