Authenticated database disclosure via concatenated block IDs

Boolean-based blind SQL injection in SiYuan 3.1.11 allows remote authenticated users to read workspace data through crafted block IDs. GetBlockTrees joins attacker-controlled ids into a quoted SQL IN clause and passes the resulting string directly to the SQLite query method. Access to the authenticated batchGetBlockAttrs API is required, and the demonstrated consequence is extraction of workspace database content.
