Stored XSS via unencoded payment gateway fields
Published Dec 5, 2024 · Updated Dec 10, 2024
Stored XSS in WeGIA 3.2.0 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary scripts in users' browsers through crafted payment gateway fields. gateway_pagamento.php stores attacker-controlled endpoint, nome, and token values and renders them without output encoding when the page loads. No authentication is required, but a user must open an affected page, allowing the script to read browser-accessible session data or alter page content.
