Application crash via uncaught PLY exception

Denial of service in Point Cloud Library 1.14.1 allows attackers to crash applications that process a malformed PLY file through PLYReader. PLYReader's vertexIntensityCallback indexes PCLPointCloud2 using dimensions derived from the malformed file, and the resulting std::out_of_range exception escapes the parser. Exploitation requires an application linked to the affected library to process an attacker-controlled PLY file, terminating that application.
