Controller service interruption via malformed packet flooding

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Open Network Foundation ONOS 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt controller service with crafted packets. The basic and fabric P4 pipelines forward malicious IPv4 packets that ONOS core cannot deserialize, and flooding those failures blocks packet delivery to applications. Network access sufficient to inject traffic toward a connected P4 switch is required; host and link registration traffic is starved, disrupting topology discovery.
