Local command execution via unsanitized SSH port
Published Apr 15, 2026 · Updated Apr 15, 2026
Command injection in NietThijmen ShoppingCart 0.0.2 allows local users to execute arbitrary shell commands through a crafted Port field. The ssh.go connect() function concatenates item.Port into an SSH command string and passes it to a shell without validation or metacharacter escaping. Exploitation requires adding a poisoned cart entry and selecting it with connect; commands run with the application's privileges.
