Authenticated command execution via unsanitized key parameter
Published May 25, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
OS command injection in Ruijie Networks RG-UAC through 20240516 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The /view/vpn/autovpn/sub_commit.php handler fails to neutralize shell metacharacters in the attacker-controlled key argument before command execution. Administrative privileges are required, and successful exploitation can read or alter appliance data or interrupt its services.
