Root command execution via unvalidated phpSelection

OS command injection in CyberPanel before 2.3.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through website creation. The submitWebsiteCreation path passes the unvalidated phpSelection value to ProcessUtilities.popenExecutioner, while an OPTIONS request bypasses secMiddleWare's POST-only metacharacter filter. A valid panel session and CSRF tokens are required; injected commands run as root and can write files anywhere on the server.
