CVE-2024-53375Public exploit

Authenticated command execution via unsanitized ownerId

Published Dec 2, 2024 · Updated Dec 17, 2024

OS command injection in TP-Link Archer AXE75 firmware 1.2.2 Build 20240827 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. At /admin/smart_network?form=tmp_avira, tmp_get_sites passes the JSON-derived ownerId directly to os.execute without validation or sanitization. An adjacent-network user with a valid router session can execute commands as root even when HomeShield is not activated.
