Authenticated database disclosure via injectable API parameters
Published Jan 31, 2025 · Updated Feb 7, 2025
SQL injection in EasyVirt DCScope 8.6.0 and earlier and CO2Scope 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data. Numerous management, audit, user, and report API handlers pass attacker-controlled parameter values into SQL commands without adequate neutralization. A low-privileged application account and network access to an affected API are sufficient; successful injection can dump credentials and personal data.
