Unrestricted file upload in Car Rental Management System 1.0 through 1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The System Settings upload function accepts executable PHP files without validating their type and stores them in a publicly reachable uploads directory. A low-privileged account can upload a PHP shell and invoke it over HTTP to run commands in the web server's context.
